AI Powered Warehouse Intelligence

FITS captures forklift movement and location data throughout the day using LiDAR and other on board signals. The system builds a live digital picture of your aisles, racks, and traffic flow so operations become measurable and transparent.

During daily work FITS supports the operator in real time. If an item is placed in the wrong location, the system flags it. If it is still left there, FITS records the actual position so nothing gets lost and every item remains traceable.

Afterwards the AI based data processing analyzes all captured activity and turns it into practical optimization. It can reveal where travel time is wasted, where aisle traffic causes delays, and which routes should be adjusted.
