Customized Solutions: We understand that every warehouse has unique requirements, and thus, we offer custom solutions tailored to meet your specific needs:

• Forklift HMI: Our solution includes personalized features such as operator registration, zone separation, product ID code display, and supervisor notifications.
• ERP/SAP Interface: Our team will guide you on how FITS can best integrate and communicate with your current system. If you don’t have an ERP or SAP, we have you covered with alternative solutions.

Transparent Quoting: After crafting a solution tailored to your needs, we present a comprehensive quote. We offer both fixed and lease pricing for 4 to 7 years. Our quotes cover the product, installation, commissioning, and spare and wear parts. Rest assured, lease payments only start at the beginning of production, not before.

Simultaneous Engineering: Our collaborative approach allows us to explore and refine different solutions in detail with you. We present you with an investigation report, and together, we identify the best solution that matches your requirements.

Continued Support: Our commitment to you doesn’t end with the delivery of our FITS Equipment. After installation and beyond the warranty period, we stand by your side, providing continuous support whenever needed. We’re always just a call away for any assistance.
